We can handle all of the setting-up of a conference: venue location, guest & visitor accommodation, exhibition space leasing, technical support, delegate sign-up procedures and payments (using our secure credit card facilities to take payments}. From the initial consultation and briefing, Command Media can take on all aspects of conference planning and implementation:

Delegate administration includes the distribution of invitations, processing registration, collecting payment, arranging accommodation, ID preparation, post conference follow-up.• Speaker liaison
Speaker liaison includes presentation support (advisory, technical, liaison), collecting required data such as biography, photos etc, and accommodation requests.• Event & venue logistics
Event & venue logistics include venue selection, insurance, planning visits, security, signage, conference materials, event schedule, refreshment & dining facilities• Technical support
Technical support covers audiovisual, IT, communications, power and transport issues.• Staffing

• Conference & seminar reporting
Conference & seminar reporting covers the writing-up and receipt of conference papers, publishing as hardcopy and/or online. Police Command Studies International has the facility to include local material, such as conference and seminar reports, within the journal. Material can also be placed in the archive and made available to all subscribers.
